Thank you for shopping at TheLosersClub. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to TheLosersClub.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to TheLosersClub, accessible from https://thelosersclub.in
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Return Requests

To raise return/replacement requests, kindly email us at info@Thelosersclub.in or send a WhatsApp message on +919588181920 along with a genuine reason for the return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photos or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.
In the email/message, you should provide your order details and other details.
Once we receive the request, we will arrange for the return pickup and inform the customer about the same.

Return Policy

Orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Orders for which packaging is damaged or seal is broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
Items will be considered for return only if the product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
All returned items go through a quality check by our quality team, and the acceptance of the returned item will be informed to the customer via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.

Refund Policy

We will reimburse you no later than 3-4 business days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. In case of prepaid orders, We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and the customer will receive an email confirmation.
In case of COD orders, Thelosersclub will send out a payment link for the same, and the customer can add their details and avail the refund.
The payment link will be sent out after the pick-up is arranged.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The Goods are in the original packaging.
Orders can be returned, only if the product received is damaged or defected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. we will provide you the address for sending the product via email.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

NOTE : PLEASE KINDLY MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE UNBOXING VIDEO WHENEVER THE ORDER GETS DELIVERED (It helps in case of any discrepancy like Item Lost Or Duplicate Product Received or Wrong Product Received or Issue Related to Product). Refund in such cases are only possible if the Unboxing Video at the parcel delivered is available.
