Cancellations
Once the order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations by customers. Therefore, we request you to carefully review your order before making the payment.
Exchange
In case of any size issue, you can request for an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@Thelosersclub.in or by sending a message on whatsapp at +919588181920. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up and re-send the product to you at the same delivery address. Please note that reverse pick-up might not be available on certain pin codes, in which case the customer is requested to send back the product to us with their name and mobile number on it.
Please note that exchanges are allowed only for size issues and not for product exchanges. Also, all purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable. For exchanging the product, you need to bear shipping costs for both the sides and In case of return, you need to bear the one side shipping cost for sending the product to us.
Exchange Not Accepted
Exchanges will not be accepted due to a color difference of 10%, which may be due to screen resolution and lights. Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product ordered. We use the best quality material in the market, and all product details are mentioned in the product description. Therefore, we recommend that you read all the details before placing an order. Exchanges are also not accepted if the piece is specially customized for the customer.
